Privacy Policy

Reselling AI Engine is a private inventory and listing management tool operated by its owner.
Google data accessed
When authorised by the owner, the application may access product inventory information stored in Google Sheets and product files or photographs stored in Google Drive.
How the data is used
Google data is used only to:
- read and maintain the owner’s product inventory;
- organise product photographs and related files;
- prepare unpublished product listing drafts;
- verify the consistency of inventory and listing records.
Data sharing
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Data is processed only through the services required to operate the application, including Google, the private application server, eBay where authorised, and the infrastructure providers used to secure the service.
Data storage and security
Access to the operational application is restricted to the authorised owner. Credentials are stored separately from application code. Tokens and secrets are not intentionally included in application logs or ordinary backups. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections.
Data retention and deletion
Operational data is retained only for as long as it is needed to run the inventory and listing workflow. The owner may revoke the application’s Google access through the Google Account security settings. Requests concerning access or deletion may be sent to the contact address below.
Limited use
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the features described in this policy and is handled in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.
